A fun class where you and your baby will be welcomed with open arms.

yoga for lifeThere are core strengthening exercises and gentle toning and stretching poses for Mum and massage, stretches, singing and dancing for you and your baby.

In the class we aim to follow your baby's lead so if they need to feed, you can stop and feed whenever you like, if they are tired, they can rest and if they want a little more fun, we sing and dance - there is no set routine, the idea is to keep it flexible and just enjoy ourselves together.

Each class ends with a wonderful relaxation to help you feel calm and energised when you leave.

Classes run continuously during term time. They can be booked as a block of six (discount applies) or drop-in rates available.
