ENJOY YOGA FROM THE COMFORT OF YOUR OWN HOME AT A TIME THAT SUITS YOU
I am now offering a weekly online yoga class so if you can't get to my live classes because you are working, have small children, or are unable to leave the house I will bring yoga to you. The weekly class will be online from 7.30pm every Tuesday and available for the following week.
When you sign up you will be sent a password to login below:
My classes are gentle and I firmly believe that yoga is not about intense fitness and making extreme shapes with your body, it's about keeping a healthy balance between strength and flexibility, making space for the body to breathe and practising mindfulness. Your yoga practice provides a space for you to pause, check in, explore how you feel and how you might best support yourself as you move through all the ups and downs of life.
By slowing down, listening to the body and observing the mind we can find more joy in life.
