1-1 yoga, yoga therapy and small private group sessions are available at my house in Lower Wield, on zoom or in the comfort of your own home.
1-1 classes are beneficial as a way of getting started if you feel uncomfortable about joining a group class straight away or prefer a more personal approach. In a private class you can go at your own pace, address specific physical, mental or emotional conditions and feel free to ask questions during the session.
Yoga Therapy allows us to work together to co-create a therapeutic plan using yoga principles to help you achieve your health and wellness goals. These sessions may include yoga philosophy, yoga asana (movement), pranayama (breathwork), mindfulness and relaxation techniques.

I also offer pregnancy, post-natal and mum&baby private tuition so Mums and Mums-to-be can stay happy, healthy and provide their little ones with the best start in life.
I teach the 8-week MINDED YOGA THERAPY course for STRESS, ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION.
